Alliance History

Alliance Medical co. was incorporated on 8 September 2020 and is registered under the commercial number 435420. On 10 May 2023, the legal entity transformed into a shareholding company, resulting in an increase in share capital from KD1 million to KD1.5 million in cash. Furthermore, on 14 June, the company further increased its share capital to KD41.5 million in kind.

Subsequently, on 17 August 2023, the General Assembly approved a significant increase in the share capital from KD41.5 million to KD100,000,000 in cash.

The main activities of Alliance Medical include the building, establishment, and management of hospitals, as well as the equipment of hospitals and medical centers. Additionally, the company is involved in real estate investments, buying and selling shares and bonds, as well as the investment of surplus funds through managed portfolios within specialized companies.
